Initially founded as a short term rental agency based out of New York, Fahad and Zahaub Asam have curated a portfolio of luxury units across the country. Through Master Lease Partnership Agreements with Residential and Commercial Landlords, we provide incredible hospitality to tenants, and guaranteed income to owners. We currently operate in the Northeast United States.
